Farah Capital, LLC (“Farah Capital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides strategic advisory services related to capital raising. Because our services are consultative and customized to each client, we do not offer physical products, and no goods are shipped.

1. Fulfillment of Services
Upon execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of the agreed-upon upfront fee, Farah Capital will begin delivering services in accordance with the scope and timeline outlined in the client agreement. Services may include strategy development, investor outreach, marketing materials review, and coordination with broker-dealer partners. Fulfillment is considered complete when all deliverables specified in the engagement agreement have been rendered.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic nature of our services and the allocation of internal resources, all payments made to Farah Capital are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, our engagement agreements include a performance guarantee clause that may provide additional remedies in the event that capital is not raised within a defined time period. Please refer to your specific agreement for terms.

3. Return Policy
As Farah Capital does not sell physical products, we do not offer returns. All services are custom and non-returnable once rendered.

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their engagement prior to the start of service by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs after payment but before any work has begun, a partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion. Once work has commenced, cancellations do not entitle the client to any refund. If ongoing services are delivered on a monthly or milestone basis, cancellation terms will be governed by the client agreement.
